My name is Reese Wonnacott
and fitness is my passion!
Teaching people how to enjoy exercise and helping them effectively reach their fitness goals, whether it be through one-on-one or group training, is my biggest goal.
I am a certified fitness professional through BCRPA (British Columbia Recreation and Parks Association) as a Level 2 Weight Trainer and Personal Trainer. The ever changing world of fitness has inspired me to continue my education on an on-going basis. Taking courses all year round, I am certified in “TRX” training; which is the newest and best fitness equipment to hit the market; and most recently become certified as a coach in the most rapidly growing fitness brand “Crossfit”- The Sport of Fitness. Staying up to date with new trends and knowledge throughout the industry has allowed me to successfully pursue my ultimate goal of improving the health of my clients.
I take great pride in helping people lose weight and get into the body they desire. Whether it involves helping women that want to tone, men looking to improve physique or add bulk, or train athletes for sporting events, I have what it takes to help every individual reach their fitness goals!
